This is a full-time staff position with benefits within our Los Angeles team and requires working on-site at our Santa Monica location. We are looking for a passionate and forward thinking IT Support Analyst to join the team. It's a challenging and ever changing, technology led environment so we need a quick learner who is a natural problem solver. The Systems team is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and troubleshooting the technology infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, storage, networking, workstations, cloud, virtualization and rendering. We invest time into training and mentoring. Requirements

  • Strong experience in a customer facing role
  • Strong self-guided problem solving skills
  • Hands-on hardware experience; builds, upgrades, repair
  • Basic scripting language (powershell, bash, python)
  • A commitment to teamwork
  • Proven ability to adapt and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • OS (Redhat based, Windows and OSX) and application support and deployment
  • Active Directory management
  • Configuration Management and automation
  • Windows Systems administration and deployment
  • Networking (Layer1, Layer2)

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first line of support for all incidents and requests across Framestore’s North American divisions via Jira Service Desk
  • Workstation configuration support (hardware and software)
  • Monitor a variety of physical and logical systems
  • Diagnose and replace hardware components
  • Manage assets and loan equipment, including relocation and provisioning
  • Interact and support artists on a daily basis
  • Produce and update documentation using Confluence
  • Partake in an on-call rotation to provide support during off hours
