IT Student Technician I - Institutional Student Worker

Job Summary The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a IT Student Technician on the Gainesville campus working with Technical Support Services. Duties including work order ticket entries and assignments, assist with computer inventory and tracking, imaging, equipment management and surplus, installation, deployment, basic troubleshooting, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.

Responsibilities
- Assistance with classroom and conference room technology support
- Assistance with video conference meetings, webinars and virtual events held by Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Assist with installation and deployment of IT equipment
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
