GEA Group, located in York, PA, is searching for an IT On-Site Service Consultant to join our team! This is an onsite role that is in office Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday. Our On-Site Services Consultants serve as the local representative of GEA IT across one or more assigned sites, ensuring reliable daily IT operations and a consistent, customer-oriented user experience. They focus on on-site execution, coordination, and proactive issue prevention, while the Service Desk remains the primary channel for standard incidents and service requests. They act as a trusted local partner, bridging users, Service Desk, and Global IT functions.
