About The Position
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist located in Birmingham, AL. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing network infrastructure, performing troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to internal users. They will also manage the hardware inventory and distribution to new hires. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to optimize IT systems and deliver excellent service.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Network Administration and Information Technology
- Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Knowledge of Network Security and security protocols
- Excellent Customer Service and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Nice To Haves
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
