Provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage hardware procurement. Monitor security alerts, participate in an on-call rotation for urgent requests, and contribute to new office IT setups (travel up to 15%). Actively resolve support tickets, escalate as needed, and develop system documentation. Manage user accounts, daily backups, and assist with disaster recovery testing.

Requirements

  • Team players with strong experience in Windows Server, cloud platforms (Google Workspace, AWS, Office365, Azure), NinjaRMM, SentinelOne, and Cisco Umbrella.
  • Solid understanding of diverse computer systems, networking (Apple, Windows, DNS, DHCP, VPN), and Windows deployment.
  • Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
  • Bachelor's in IT/CS or equivalent experience; 5+ years in a relevant role.
