We are seeking a dynamic, technically driven IT Services Delivery Manager to join our Tower Simulation Systems (TSS) team. In this role, you will lead critical initiatives that impact the safety and reliability of U.S. air travel. Work Location: This position will work onsite in the DC Metro area. Once operations are fully established, we will consider telework options. However, this is not guaranteed. In this position, you will: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software projects from concept through deployment. Coordinate across system administration, systems integration, and facilities engineering teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope. Proactively identify, mitigate, and track technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks across all teams. Ensure technical deliverables align with broader business objectives, program priorities, and long-term timelines. Deliver clear, concise project updates, dashboards, and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • US. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA OR 6 years with MS/MA
  • 6+ years of experience leading complex technical programs or projects.
  • Cross-functional team leadership
  • Vendor coordination and technical risk management
  • Schedule, dependency, and milestone tracking
  • Stakeholder communication, reporting, and dashboard development

  • Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.
