About The Position

The IT Internship will focus on Service Desk, Project Management, and Security. Learning will be hands on and rotate monthly through various IT roles. You will report directly to the Director of IT, Operations/Infrastructure. Your work will include ordering, configuring and coordinating technology that ensures peak performance of White Lodging. You will gain experience in industry tools such as Office 365, AD, Splunk, Crowd Strike, Saflok, PMS, Toast, Micros, Bomgar, PRTG and others.

  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree recently obtained.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes heavily to documenting and tracking internal processes related to the IT Team
  • Displays strong communication, interpersonal, and communication across all levels coupled with effective project tracking, conceptual thinking, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Work with other personnel to accomplish organizational goals
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Dir. of IT with the ability to handle multiple tasks with little or no supervision
  • Manage ordering and ensuring prior approval of technology requested by remote locations
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
