Your opportunity This is a 10-week summer internship program from June 1st to August 7th, 2026, focusing on first-hand experience in the team and discovering what your future would be like with us through induction, on the job learning, skills trainings and networking. Requirements

  • A college sophomore or junior pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or a relevant subject
  • General knowledge of IT systems and applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Windows platform
  • Understanding of Microsoft office products including Outlook
  • Ability to identify, isolate and resolve IT problems / requests with training / coaching and under guidance
  • Ability to communicate over the phone to end users how to resolve issues they are facing
  • Motivation to learn and investigate solutions of issues that arise
  • Candidates must be enrolled as a full time student at the time of the internship

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Microsoft O365
  • Knowledge of collaboration tools e.g. Zoom, Teams
  • Basic level understanding PC / laptop hardware
  • Basic understanding of Networks (LAN, WAN)
  • ServiceNow basic level understanding

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the Service Desk team and take support calls, review ticket queue for incoming work and raise tickets
