This is a high-performance, commission-based contract opportunity designed for experienced IT recruiters who thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments. In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing and placing top-tier technical talent for global, high-impact digital projects. You will work across multiple searches simultaneously, balancing speed and precision to deliver exceptional candidates. With access to structured onboarding, advanced recruitment tooling, and weekly strategic alignment sessions, you will operate independently while staying closely connected to a supportive team. This role offers uncapped earning potential for recruiters who combine strong market insight, commercial instinct, and disciplined pipeline management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Proven success sourcing and placing technical talent across software engineering, data, infrastructure, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of the IT market with the ability to accurately assess technical backgrounds during screening conversations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit during initial interviews.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent searches while maintaining structure, quality, and attention to detail.
  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, and time management in a remote, performance-driven setup.
  • Strong commercial mindset with comfort operating in a results-based compensation model.
  • Registered freelancer or independent contractor in your country of residence, willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and comply with data protection standards.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and headhunting IT professionals to final hire confirmation.
  • Proactively identify and engage both active and passive technical candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and professional databases.
  • Conduct thorough screening calls to evaluate technical expertise, tech stack alignment, soft skills, English proficiency, and availability requirements.
  • Manage and maintain an organized, up-to-date recruitment pipeline using the provided tracking platform.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates while ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline review calls to discuss progress, address blockers, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with data privacy standards, confidentiality agreements, and GDPR regulations throughout the engagement.
