About The Position

You will report directly to our Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. As we continue to drive growth and focus in our regions this role is specific to Americas region In this strategic leadership role, you are responsible for partnering closely with the Projects and services Business model stakeholders within Americas region in Building Automation (BA) team to enable business outcomes through technology, digital innovation and operational excellence. This role serves as the IT interface for the Americas BA organization, ensuring alignment between regional business priorities, Honeywell Global Digital & IT (GDM) and the Building Automation IT strategy. As a leader, you will drive technology-enabled growth, operational efficiency and quote to cash digital transformation Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6+ years of IT leadership experience, with a strong track-record as IT Business Partner or in a comparable role dealing with business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex global, matrixed organization, with the ability to drive change and lead complex transformation initiatives
  • Proven people leadership, including leading leaders and building regional organizations with high performing, distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills necessary for articulating complex marketing concepts to business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the trusted IT business partner to the Americas Projects and services business teams —shape roadmaps aligned to growth, productivity and CX priorities; translate BA business strategy into IT demand, investment plans and execution roadmaps aligned with BA IT and GDM; and influence decisions with data‑driven insights, solution options and risk assessments.
  • IT Strategy & Execution: Drive enterprise and BA-specific IT initiatives across Europe (ERP, digital platforms, OT/IT convergence, analytics, cloud, automation); ensure consistent adoption of global standards, reference architectures, cybersecurity and compliance requirements while addressing regional regulatory and market needs; and partner with GDM, COEs and global IT to prioritize investments, manage dependencies, and deliver outcomes on time and within budget
  • Organizational Leadership & People Management: Build, lead and develop a strong, diverse, future‑ready IT organization across Europe; provide end‑to‑end people leadership; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement; and actively coach and mentor senior IT leaders and high‑potential talent
  • Stakeholder & Governance Management: Establish effective IT governance, operating cadence and stakeholder engagement models across Europe; balance regional needs with global priorities by proactively managing demand, capacity, and investment trade‑offs; and ensure transparent communication of IT performance, risks and value realization to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence & Risk Management: Ensure reliable, secure and resilient IT operations supporting BA engineering, sales, services and manufacturing interfaces where applicable; champion cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory compliance in line with Honeywell policies and European regulations; and drive continuous improvement in service quality, cost optimization, and vendor performance.
