We are seeking a full-cycle Recruiter with experience supporting federal contracts and ERP / IT recruiting. This role supports high-volume hiring across a range of ERP and IT roles, contributing to proposal staffing, new contract awards, and project ramp-ups in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, conducting detailed candidate screens, and supporting compensation discussions. Experience with W2 hiring, including converting C2C candidates to W2, is important. This fully remote role is well suited for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the company over time.
