We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 3 years supporting federal contracts, to lead high-volume hiring for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials and ERP roles. This role is critical to proposal staffing, new contract awards, and rapid project ramp-ups in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a full-cycle recruiter who thrives in high-volume settings, is confident negotiating compensation, and is experienced in W2 hiring and converting C2C candidates to W2. This role is fully remote and best suited for someone highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
