Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering
• PMP or PMI certification
• 5 -7 years of proven project management experience
• Strong people management and team -building skills
• Ability to assess risk and apply management principles
• Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and collaborate with stakeholders

Nice To Haves

• MBA or other related advanced degree
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large -scale, multi -platform systems environment

Responsibilities

• Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope
• Manage project resources and provide guidance and coaching to team members
• Define and document business requirements in collaboration with functional project teams
• Lead teams in the delivery of high -quality software solutions
• Define test plans and ensure defect -free products before User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing process and develop rollout plans
• Prepare and present cost -benefit analyses
• Ensure appropriate utilization of systems development and project management processes
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
