Requirements

10+ years of experience providing large, complex IT systems
6+ years of experience leading technical tasks or projects, including risk management and mitigation, stakeholder and requirements management, planning and scheduling, and managerial software development life cycle activities such as design, testing, and deployment duties and requirements
2+ years of experience with telecommunications
Knowledge of system networks and software development
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems Technology, CS, or Engineering field and 6+ years of experience developing software solutions, or 8+ years of experience developing software solutions in lieu of a degree
