About The Position
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to support renewable energy projects in the US, with a strong focus on IT deployment for new solar farms. The role involves coordinating IT, cybersecurity, and external vendors in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders (technical and non‑technical)
- Understanding of IT/network/cybersecurity concepts
- Experience with PMO methodologies
- Ability to learn technical IT vocabulary quickly
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to solar or renewable energy sites, OT / SCADA environments
- French language: strong plus
- Knowledge of industrial / renewable sites: strong plus
- Tools: ServiceNow, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI / DAX
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end IT implementation for new solar sites, including network equipment, servers, OT firewalls, and remote access solutions
- Act as the main IT coordination point with EPCs, SCADA vendors, O&M partners, and internal IT teams
- Track cybersecurity topics such as audit findings, remediation actions, and technical documentation, in collaboration with HQ cybersecurity teams
- Support PMO activities including project tracking, KPI follow-up, and light financial/billing reporting via Power BI dashboards
- Manage escalations and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages
