About The Position

Talan is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead IT deployment for new solar farms within renewable energy projects across the US. This role requires coordinating IT, cybersecurity, and external vendors in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

• Exposure to solar or renewable energy sites, OT / SCADA environments
• French language: strong plus
• Knowledge of industrial / renewable sites: strong plus
• Tools: ServiceNow, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI / DAX

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end IT implementation for new solar sites, including network equipment, servers, OT firewalls, and remote access solutions
• Act as the main IT coordination point with EPCs, SCADA vendors, O&M partners, and internal IT teams
• Track cybersecurity topics such as audit findings, remediation actions, and technical documentation, in collaboration with HQ cybersecurity teams
• Support PMO activities including project tracking, KPI follow-up, and light financial/billing reporting via Power BI dashboards
• Manage escalations and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects at different lifecycle stages
