Nightwing is seeking an IT Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing team. The candidate will work closely with Program Management and Application Development teams to support requirements gathering, project management activities, and ensuring smooth integration of various software development processes. This role will also be critical in ensuring the quality of multiple software applications ranging from legacy systems to emerging technologies. The candidate will also collaborate with developers to design, implement, and run automated tests, as well as perform manual testing when automation is not feasible. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance/load testing and work to evaluate the full capabilities of applications. At Nightwing, we value collaboration and teamwork. Requirements

  • Experience in Agile environments, preferably with a background in Scrum and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and program management.
  • Demonstrated history of hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing processes; including designing test plans, cases, procedures, scripts, and scenarios to ensure robust testing of complex systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between developers and customers, translating and overseeing the progress of business requirements.
  • Manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of program management activities.
  • Assist in the management of Enterprise requirements management tools, including documenting, tracking, and estimating/forecasting development of new solutions.
  • Track and report on the status of complex project requirements and action items.
  • Maintain and update PMO documentation, including technical writing, editing, and creating cohesive deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide consistent, clear communication across teams to ensure project goals are met within timeline
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear briefings, presentations, and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with developers and other testers to execute performance/load testing and validate application capabilities.
  • Perform manual testing in cases where automation is impractical or not desirable.
  • Ensure all tests are designed to probe for failure conditions and optimal paths for success.
