About The Position

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology initiatives that support organizational goals. This role serves as a central point of communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure projects are clearly defined, well‑managed, and delivered successfully. The IT Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering through deployment and post‑implementation review—ensuring alignment with IT standards, organizational priorities, and best practices in project management. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong technical awareness, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and support long‑term business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Information Technology, computer science, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant project management or IT experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, O365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools

  • Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • Hands on experience working with Project Management tools (Preferred: Awareness of ServiceNow’s Collaborative Work Management (CWM) suite)
  • Skilled in developing project schedules and tracking progress
  • Effective risk identification, mitigation, and issue resolution
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities

  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, applications, and security fundamentals

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and track IT projects including scope, requirements, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure mitigation and resolution plans are documented and executed.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare project documentation, and deliver regular status updates.
  • Ensure projects follow established IT and organizational processes, policies, and standards.
  • Lead in gathering and validating business and technical requirements.
  • Support implementation tasks including testing, deployment planning, and post‑implementation review.
  • Maintain project artifacts such as schedules, reports, action logs, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to support process improvements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Deliver structured and consistent updates to leadership and program sponsors
