The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing technology projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This role supports the delivery of IT solutions that enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of IT project management experience.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
  • Ideally in a healthcare setting (for experience).
  • Demonstrated experiential proficiency with project technologies, markets and products.
  • Prefer multiple project management experience or large, complex single project experience.
  • Professional experience in IT and healthcare.

Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large-scale IT projects such as system upgrades, application rollouts, and departmental technology initiatives.
  • Lead internal resources and third-party vendors in project execution.
  • Track project performance and report on milestones, identify and drive plans to resolve risks and issues.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication of project goals.
  • Support change management and training efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare IT standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
