About The Position

The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of IT projects by providing administrative, coordination, and communication support to project teams and leadership. This role works closely with the Senior Project Manager and stakeholders to help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role includes onsite work expectations in Cleveland, Ohio. Candidates must be able to work onsite as required. Remote only arrangements will not be considered.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Smartsheet, Teams, and Outlook
  • Minimum 3+ years of Project Coordinator experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder software implementations
  • ERP or enterprise system implementation experience (Infor preferred)
  • Prior experience coordinating UAT or system integration testing

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings across internal teams and vendors
  • Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, decisions, and action items
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and follow-ups
  • Collect updates and maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and RAID logs
  • Maintain project documentation in Smartsheet and Teams
  • Support project communications and scheduling coordination
  • Coordinate UAT testing activities, including test schedules, result collection, and data validation tracking
  • Correlate testing issues to scenarios for escalation to the Senior Project Manager
