You’ll be the bridge between business goals and technical delivery, collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure every project runs smoothly, adds value, and aligns with our innovation-driven culture. If you love connecting dots between people, process, and product — this role is for you. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and manage the successful delivery of complex technical projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies, software development life cycles, and technical concepts. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, QA, and operations, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience managing software development or IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts into actionable plans
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Background in software engineering or systems architecture
  • Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end project activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and business stakeholders
  • Track progress and provide regular status reports to leadership and stakeholders
  • Manage change requests and adjust project plans accordingly
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with technical standards
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks and issues proactively
  • Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability

Benefits

  • A collaborative and growth-focused work culture.
  • Exposure to global clients and full lifecycle product delivery.
  • Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.
  • A flexible, innovation-driven hybrid setup.
