Prolaio is looking to bring on a Project Manager who can support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross functional projects across the organization. This role helps ensure that project plans are well structured, timelines and resources are aligned, and teams stay on track to meet goals. The Project Manager works closely with internal stakeholders to support clear communication, monitor risks, and promote consistent project execution. The position contributes to improving project practices and strengthening collaboration across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Five or more years of project management experience
  • Experience in health technology, life sciences, clinical research, or a related industry
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Monday.com
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day project management activities across multiple workstreams
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Track action items, dependencies, and milestones and follow up with owners
  • Help prepare meeting agendas, notes, and status updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations) to support project execution
  • Organize cross-functional meetings and ensuring clear communication across teams
  • Escalate risks, blockers, or timeline concerns to senior project or program managers
  • Help create and improve templates, processes, and ways of working
  • Document decisions, workflows, and learnings
  • Support continuous improvement as the company grows
