About The Position

If you’re organized, curious, and excited about how IT teams operate behind the scenes, this internship gives you a front‑row seat to the world of IT governance and project management. As our IT Project Management Intern, you’ll collaborate directly with IT leadership to review, update, and help create essential IT policies that guide how the organization works. Your efforts will support stronger compliance, clearer processes, and more effective communication across IT teams. You’ll also gain hands‑on experience as part of the Project Management Office (PMO), learning what it takes to coordinate projects, support Scrum teams, and keep complex initiatives moving forward in a mature IT environment. What You’ll Do IT Policy Support You’ll work closely with IT leaders to review existing policies, identify gaps, and help create or update documentation that keeps the organization aligned and compliant. You’ll track progress across multiple IT domains, coordinate communication between leaders and their teams , and provide regular status updates to IT leadership. Project Coordination & PMO Support You’ll assist project managers with the day‑to‑day coordination of IT projects, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking clear, actionable meeting minutes. You’ll maintain project documentation such as plans, risk registers, and issue logs, and help track progress against timelines and milestones. Administrative & Technical Support You’ll help prepare project status reports and presentations, organize project data, maintain project files, and support the team with general administrative tasks. You’ll also assist with updating project information in the PMO’s project management system and provide basic technical support, such as troubleshooting software issues or helping with file sharing. Communication & Collaboration You’ll communicate with project team members, stakeholders, and other departments, helping foster a collaborative and supportive environment. You’ll identify potential risks or issues early and escalate them to the project manager when needed.
