Position Description: We are currently seeking an Intern for our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office Job Summary: To assist Project Managers and the EPMO team with project planning, tracking project deliverables, budgets and risks; and to support project data analysis and reporting. Attends and engages in project status meetings, manages meeting minutes and assists with creating project documentation such as status reports, project roadmaps or testing plans Utilizes project management software to track deliverables and financial data Conduct data analysis and prepare reports & presentations related to Enterprise Portfolio Management Office metrics Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Planner Basic understanding of project management frameworks This internship is scheduled to start Summer Semester 2026 but could start as early as Spring 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, project management or related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Planner
  • Basic understanding of project management frameworks
