About The Position

As a Project Coordinator, Information Technology, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of IT and operational projects by partnering closely with Program/Project Managers, IS Managers, and cross-functional teams. You will help keep initiatives on track by coordinating tasks, managing documentation, mitigating risks, and supporting timely issue resolution across multiple project phases. In this role, you'll serve as a central point of communication for project activities, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and understood. You will also support Agile initiatives, assist with project logistics, lead ServiceNow requires and incidents as needed, and contribute to go-live and operational support planning - helping ensure projects move smoothly from planning through execution and adoption. Requirements

  • 5-7 years of recent healthcare /information systems experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, technology, clinical or related discipline strongly desired or equivalent demonstrated experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Current Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional Certification preferred.
