About The Position

The IT Program Manager oversees the execution of Trinsic’s IT roadmap. The IT Program Manager is responsible for leading multiple, concurrent, complex information technology projects while managing timelines, resources, risks and cost. This is a partially remote position and will require the selected candidate reside in the Denver, CO area.

  • Experience working with or in Epic (EMR)

Nice To Haves

  • Value based care experience preferred
  • Two (2) years of project management experience
  • Experience in health care operations preferred
  • Epic technical certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful implementation of IT projects across multiple organizations.
  • Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives considering resource constraints and competing priorities.
  • Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs. Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success.
  • Assists in the creative solutioning of operational problems using all available technologies. Participates in capital planning for new technologies needed to support future initiatives.
  • Supports the requirements gathering, documentation and design of technical solutions to achieve operational goals.
  • Possesses advanced project management skills combined with institutional knowledge, domain knowledge, and strong relationships that enable effective management of the most demanding projects and programs.
  • Trusted to work with little oversite; able to provide assistance to other project managers in challenging situations.
  • In partnership with the Director, develops and manages the Trinsic IT Roadmap, identifying how to continue moving the organization forward leveraging technology and workflow efficiency.
