IT Program Delivery Coordinator- School ( Remote/Hybrid Position)

Requirements

• 8+ years IT operations + 5+ years project management
• Experience with ServiceNow (SPM & CWM)
• Strong in Agile/Scrum/Kanban, UAT, SDLC, change management
• Background in systems support & enterprise applications
• Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT operations, projects, and resources
• Manage incidents, requests, releases, and system changes
• Run Agile processes (stand-ups, sprints, backlog)
• Support testing, deployments, and upgrades
• Improve processes, workflows, and SLAs
• Maintain documentation and ServiceNow dashboards
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors
