With multiple legacy systems still in use and a solution rolling out across the U.S. and Canada — and beyond —you’ll be the person who keeps the program moving, connects the dots across teams, and ensures the business gets the value it expects. This is a true product‑owner seat where you’ll evaluate vendor capabilities, build business cases, guide technical teams, and shape the future of incentive compensation globally. Stakeholder management is a core part of this role and a big reason it has meaningful impact across the business. Your closest partners will be within the commercial space—fast‑moving, highly engaged teams who care deeply about getting things right for the field. You’ll work directly with our commercial partners, including senior roles, helping them define priorities, set realistic expectations, and make informed decisions. That calls for confidence in guiding conversations, the judgment to flag when something isn’t the right approach, and the communication skills to explain your reasoning in a clear, constructive way.
