About The Position

PLEASE NOTE:
IT is a 100% Onsite position in McLean, VA.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
Define and prioritize product backlogs to align with client goals and data-driven strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights and user feedback.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Data Analyst.
• Strong expertise in the Mortgage industry (processes, data, regulatory context).
• Deep knowledge of ETL processes, data analysis, and Informatica.
• Proven ability to independently drive product delivery, including requirements, user stories, backlog prioritization, roadmap, and squad leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and business validation (checkout).
• Strong partnership with QA teams, including test scenario definition, defect resolution, and end-to-end testing support (manual & automated).
• Mortgage industry experience is required.
