This role blends product thinking with hands-on design work to help create intuitive, scalable AI products that deliver positive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working on enterprise AI products, supporting ideation and prototyping, and contributing to design systems that enable teams to build efficiently. Product Strategy & Vision Contribute to product vision and strategy for applied AI solutions within assigned projects. Translate business objectives and user needs into compelling product roadmaps and design strategies Apply product principles and user experience standards within assigned projects. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to inform product direction. Support measurement of product success metrics, KPIs, and user satisfaction. Support product positioning and go-to-market activities. Design & Innovation Leadership Contribute to product design for assigned AI applications, including GenAI interfaces, conversational AI, and intelligent automation. Participate in ideation sessions, design sprints, and workshops to support product development. Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups to communicate product vision. Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for AI-powered tools, dashboards, and applications. Contribute to design systems, component libraries, and UI/UX patterns for AI products. Apply human-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies to support problem solving. Support innovation and assist with experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative design approaches Framework & System Design Assist in developing reusable product frameworks and design patterns to support team productivity. Assist with design systems, guidelines, templates, and best practices for AI product development. Assist with product playbooks and frameworks for AI use cases. Assist with service design frameworks for assigned AI solution delivery. Support information architecture standards and data visualization principles within team scope. Assist with interaction design patterns for AI/ML experiences. Assist with accessibility standards and inclusive design guidelines for AI products User Research & Insights Support user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points for AI product users. Assist with usability testing, user interviews, and feedback sessions to validate product designs. Assist in creating user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints for AI solutions. Support analysis of user behavior data and product analytics to identify design improvements. Support synthesis of research findings into insights and design recommendations.
