The role of a Product Management Intern: Join our IT team as a Product Management Intern and help shape the future of data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll evaluate product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and design dashboards that bring insights to life across all product portfolios. Your work will enhance visibility into key KPIs, improve issue detection for faster troubleshooting, and provide actionable insights into customer behaviors – ultimately driving smarter product strategies and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

  • Currently a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior enrolled at an accredited university.
  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage business leaders.
  • Self-starter with initiative and eagerness to learn.
  • Naturally curious and proactive in problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of Cinemark’s products and their key performance metrics.
  • Conduct interviews with Product Owners to gather insights on product areas and data requirements.
  • Research best practices for KPIs used in similar products across the industry.
  • Map the current analytics ecosystem, including dashboards and data sources for all products.
  • Identify critical KPIs lacking data coverage and work with appropriate teams to prioritize solutions.
  • Present dashboard concepts and insights to IT leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.
