IT Procurement Specialist
About The Position
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an IT Procurement Specialist to support a program at Dahlgren Naval Base. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon award. How Role will make an impact: Acquisition support, preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities Conducting market research Acquire vendor quotes, and preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase Requests via Navy Information Technology Approval System
Requirements
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Two (2) years of professional experience in acquisition support with preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities.
- Experience in conducting market research, acquiring vendor quotes, and preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase Requests via Navy Information Technology Approval System (NAV-ITAS).
- This position is required to be designated as IAM II level
