About The Position

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement, with a focus on IT software, hardware, and/or consulting services.
• Proven ability to manage indirect spend categories and complex procurement projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement legal requirements, contracting best practices, and supplier engagement processes.
• Expertise in negotiation, RFP/RFQ management, and supplier relationship management.
• Proficiency in P2P solutions such as NetSuite, Ariba, One Trust, CLM systems, and analytics tools; experience with Workday is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at management and executive levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, balancing multiple priorities under minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent practical experience; formal project management experience or analytics skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT, software, and consulting categories to optimize supplier performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and execution of Software License Agreements, Master Agreements, SOWs, and related contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to identify business needs and deliver effective procurement solutions.
• Maintain and leverage data analytics, dashboards, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms, achieving both savings and added value.
• Drive process improvements, vendor risk management, and system implementation to enhance procurement efficiency and compliance.
• Independently manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
