JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, IT Sourcing is responsible for executing strategic sourcing and negotiation activities across Digital & Technology categories, with primary accountability for mid-complexity and mid-value engagements (approximately $50K–$2M+). This role focuses on commercial execution, financial analysis, and negotiation delivery, supported by agent-enabled tools that reduce administrative burden. This role works very closely with Infrastructure Technology teams, supporting sourcing and negotiations related to enterprise licenses and subscriptions with key technology vendors, as well as infrastructure- and facilities-related technology spend, including electrical and network infrastructure such as cabling, wiring, connectivity, and related services. The Manager serves as a primary sourcing partner to Technology and Digital stakeholders, ensuring timely contract execution, strong commercial outcomes, and disciplined sourcing processes—without over-emphasis on traditional vendor management administration. This role is accountable for delivering measurable annual savings, cost avoidance, and value realization through effective sourcing execution, negotiation discipline, and financial analysis.
