About The Position

We're looking for an experienced IT Process Analyst to fill this role which is based in our Seattle office. You'll be responsible for analyzing, managing, and supporting ongoing enhancements, issues, and requests regarding IT processes and governance. This role involves monitoring key performance indicators, driving accountability for improvement plans, coordinating activities between various IT teams, and ensuring escalations are handled and resolved in a timely manner. The IT Process Analyst will work closely with internal IT teams and business partners to optimize IT workflows, track action plans, and coordinate improvement opportunities based on feedback and performance data. The ideal candidate will have experience with IT service management frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage high volume work under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years' experience in related job area (IT Process Analysis, Information Technology, or Project Management.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize IT workflow processes and operational frameworks.
  • Review current IT processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
  • Document process flows and create standardized procedures for recurring IT activities.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators across IT operations.
  • Identify and define metrics that align with current IT operational goals.
  • Track performance data and compile regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive and document process improvements using root cause analysis and data-driven solutions.

  • Build and maintain dashboards that accurately display current data.
  • Design reports tailored to different target audiences.
  • Coordinate interactions between IT teams and/or business partners to facilitate process efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-team meetings to align on process requirements and decisions.
  • Connect teams with subject matter experts and resources needed for process execution.
  • Follow up on action items from cross-team discussions to ensure completion.
