The IT Operations Manager is a hands-on, tactical technology leader responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of enterprise technology across 23 brands. This role owns operational execution across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, networking, applications, and infrastructure, while also serving as the primary on-site IT leader for the Branch Service Center (BSC). The focus of this role is operational excellence—ensuring technology works, scales, and supports the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between strategy and execution, partnering closely with Integrations, Marketing, Call Center, and other technology teams, while maintaining a “nothing is too small” hands-on mindset.
