Requirements

  • Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365 Suite, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in IT support, preferably in onboarding and equipment management
  • Ability to provide independent on-site IT support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with IT service management tools and support practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with multinational or remote onboarding environments
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • German or French is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Equipment and Order Management: Coordinate the procurement and distribution of laptops and IT equipment for new hires across multiple locations
  • Manage vendor relationships and track orders to ensure timely delivery aligned with employee start dates
  • Prepare and configure devices, ensuring licenses, policies, and security standards are met
  • Manage laptop inventory across vendors and on-site office locations
  • Coordinate delivery of mobile devices for employees in Poland and other European countries
  • Onboarding, Setup and Offboarding: Maintain and update onboarding tickets with accurate and current status
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by setting up user accounts, configuring laptops, and arranging equipment shipments
  • Organize and distribute welcome letters and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate the retrieval of equipment from offboarded employees
  • IT Support and Troubleshooting: Provide second-level technical support, especially during onboarding phases
  • Deliver on-site IT support for the Warsaw office, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with remote IT support teams to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Resolve equipment-related service requests and user tickets
  • Administrative and Coordination Tasks: Regularly update IT systems and asset trackers to maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with HR and other departments to align onboarding processes
  • Support employee conversion processes (role or contract changes)
