Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is currently searching for an experienced and talented IT Network Operations Center Administrator to join their IT Network Operations Center team. This role will have the ability to work a hybrid schedule (remote/onsite) after a period of training, which will take place at the RBFCU Administrative Service Center in Live Oak, Texas. Applicants must reside within the state of Texas and be able to perform work from their home in Texas, requiring a minimum internet connection and a hard-wired connection to a modem, as well as a safe, suitable, and distraction-free home workspace. The NOC administrator's responsibilities include ensuring the timely execution of batch processing, monitoring file transfer processes, providing initial triage for RBFCU monitoring alerts and outage notifications, coordinating repairs, escalating issues, running basic scripts, and performing Service Desk support tasks after hours.
