About The Position

As an IT Manager, OT, you will be accountable for your own team of OT infrastructure and network engineers to deliver project and operational support for all compute and network infrastructure within Solstice Plant Control Networks (PCNs). The candidate will be supporting all PCNs globally and will need to maintain safety protocols for all manufacturing sites within the business for project related work. You will report directly to the Sr IT Director of Global Operations and Manufacturing Applications who is also accountable for all Solstice global networking, cloud, datacenters, manufacturing and OT infrastructure support and project management. Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of virtual infrastructure specialists and network engineers. You are accountable for providing them growth and learning through on-the-job project opportunities and external training when budget permits.
  • Program management of OT related projects including equipment and controls implementation for new and existing equipment, IT networking gear and compute infrastructure.
  • Translate ISC related requirements to compute and network detailed technical requirements for use by OT infrastructure specialists and network engineering.
  • Remote project support for the global manufacturing footprint including remote vendor management
  • Monitoring of OT performance, KPI development and development and delivery of performance reporting with recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate implementation of new technology stacks and migration of workloads from tech debt to new infrastructure
  • Collaborate with DCN network engineering, SGS firewall support and other groups to troubleshoot complex problems as they occur in real time, sometimes at off hours.
  • Travel up to 30% of your time, to our manufacturing sites to oversee support or project related work on equipment in a manufacturing environment.
