About The Position

Roof Penetration Housing (RPH) is a dynamic, rapidly expanding leader in the commercial building products industry, trusted by architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners. RPH provides innovative, engineered solutions to prevent roof and wall leaks and ensure storm shelters and safe rooms meet code requirements. The company experienced significant year-over-year revenue growth in 2025 and is continuing to expand across its New Jersey and Texas locations. To support this growth, RPH is seeking an IT Manager who will lead and support the company’s internal technology operations. This includes ownership of NetSuite ERP, employee hardware and software provisioning, mobile and cellular solutions, Zoom Phone administration, onboarding system access, IT procurement documentation, subscription management, budgeting, and security implementation and monitoring. This is a full-time, hybrid role that reports directly to the HR Director with cross-reporting to the Director of Finance. The work schedule involves a home office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and the New Jersey office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with potential variations based on business needs. The role also requires travel up to 25%, including quarterly visits to the San Antonio office site and other business needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment, enjoys creating structure across systems, tools, and processes, and has experience managing business-critical platforms and implementing security controls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including ownership of internal IT operations, systems administration, or IT management responsibilities.
  • Experience administering NetSuite ERP and business systems.
  • Strong experience managing employee hardware, software provisioning, SaaS platforms, telecom systems, and access controls.
  • Experience owning or supporting IT procurement processes, asset tracking, subscription management, and budget oversight.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding workflows, including user provisioning and identity/access management.
  • Experience implementing and monitoring security controls in a business environment.
  • Strong vendor management and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to operate in a hands-on, on-site environment and provide responsive support to employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for individuals who have created on site data centers for employee use.
  • Preference to the greater Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage core IT systems and business applications, including NetSuite ERP, Zoom Phone, and other internal software platforms.
  • Lead employee technology operations, including hardware procurement, provisioning, inventory tracking, mobile and cellular management, and lifecycle support.
  • Manage user access across company systems, including onboarding and offboarding, permissions administration, and day-one technology readiness for employees.
  • Oversee IT procurement, asset documentation, software subscriptions, vendor relationships, and budget tracking to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, HR, Finance and other stakeholders to support business operations, improve processes, and align technology needs across the organization.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor IT security controls, policies, and tools to help protect company systems, devices, and data.
