Requirements

• Extensive experience with SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify platforms. Proficient in database management, system integration, and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing and developing IT teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• System Management and Support: Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems including SAP, EWM, EDI, and Shopify. Ensure system reliability and performance, addressing technical issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
• Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop technology solutions that drive operational efficiency. Act as a liaison between IT and business units to communicate progress and facilitate change
• Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across systems. Develop and implement reporting tools and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks associated with technology operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological advancements that enhance system functionality and user experience. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the IT department.
