About The Position

IT Manager DMR Technololgy Key Responsibilities Manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and cloud environments. Develop and enforce cybersecurity standards, data protection policies, and compliance protocols. Oversee ERP, CRM, and business software integrations, ensuring functionality and alignment with workflow needs. Evaluate and implement technology solutions that improve productivity and cross-department collaboration. Manage user access, help desk operations, and vendor relationships. Plan and execute system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and business continuity strategies. Lead IT budgeting, procurement, and asset management processes. Partner with leadership to define long-term IT strategy supporting innovation and operational scalability. Qualifications: Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 7-10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 in management or supervisory roles. Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and enterprise software management. Experience implementing ERP or CRM systems within manufacturing or technology organizations. Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure management, and data governance. Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
