The IT Manager directs, manages, and coordinates all information technology functions for the city, including network and system administration, cybersecurity, hardware and software management, and technology support services. Oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the City's technology infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency. Provides strategic leadership in technology planning and innovation to support organizational goals and departmental operations. This position also serves as the City's information security officer and data systems administrator.
