About The Position

At FloSports, the IT team is the backbone that enables every employee to do their best work. We own the technology that powers our people, from the devices in their hands to the networks they connect through to the security posture that protects our business. When a major event goes live to millions of viewers, our infrastructure is rock solid. When an employee starts on day one, they're productive immediately. As IT Manager, you will lead and build a team that includes both IT operations and Cybersecurity. You'll own everything from endpoint management and identity infrastructure to compliance frameworks and security operations. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical expertise, people leadership, and strategic thinking. Our culture is built on principles of ownership and pragmatism. We don't just keep the lights on. We build systems that scale, automate what can be automated, and continuously improve. We believe IT should be a strategic enabler, not a bottleneck.
