Due to our continued growth, we are hiring an IT Manager to lead IT governance as an advisor to the responsible L7 Executive, manage all hardware and software utilized operationally by L7 Informatics based in Austin, Texas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT governance, management, and support
  • Apple iOS, G-Suite-based infrastructure environment experience
  • Organized and demonstrable self-starter
  • Strong communication skills
  • Collaborative and cooperative team player

Nice To Haves

  • ISO exposure/experience with 9001, 27001 certifications
  • Familiar with the following regulations: cGxP, 21CFR, CAP/CLIA, GAMP 5, and/or ASTM E2500
  • Constant Learner who keeps ups with the latest in AI
  • Networker who enjoys blocking and tackling issues around the office

Responsibilities

  • Assist L7ers with their computer hardware, including Ordering/provisioning and asset tracking Managing MDM Repurposing
  • Assist and manage L7 and associated resources’ SaaS licenses and permissions (either directly for software where the IT Manager has Admin responsibilities or establishing effective governance, should Admin responsibilities for minor systems be a functional responsibility).
  • Constant attention to IT aspects of L7 QMS
  • Regular reviews/audits of system access as required by SOPs and/or as necessary • Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure IT needs are being met
  • Mentor everyone with your deep and unique experience.
  • Support and participate in L7’s quality management system (QMS) by complying with the Quality Policy and SOPs, and by meeting L7’s QMS objectives.
