This Part-Time Intern position within the Information and Technology Department provides technical support, assists with hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and system maintenance while gaining hands-on experience working with the IT staff. The role involves assisting with Help Desk Support by responding to user support tickets, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and providing troubleshooting support for staff regarding laptops, printers, and other IT software. The intern will also be responsible for performing system backups and maintaining accurate records. Adherence to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures is required.
