Annex Buddy: We believe in building connections from day one. You will be paired with your Annex Buddy, Mack - Your personal guide for all things Annex this summer. More than just a buddy, she'll be your go-to person. Whether you need advice, someone to help you navigate new professional relationships, or just a friendly face to ask any and all questions. You'll have regular check-ins and a dedicated, pressure-free source of support to make sure you feel welcomed, valued, and ready to take on the world of wealth management. Intern Hub: Before your internship begins, this is a direct resource to communicate with your Annex Buddy and fellow interns to ask questions and chat before you arrive at Annex! This ensures you have a resource to turn to for any question, big or small. We are committed to your success and are here to provide support and guidance whenever you need it. Department Shadowing: Gain a comprehensive understanding of how each department operates and get exposure to different functions and roles across the firm. As a team, you'll brainstorm topics, interview Annex staff, and explore what matters to future finance leaders like yourselves. The skills you hone and the unique content you create will be powerful resume boosters. Check out last year's Podcast! Voluntary Department Volunteer Activity: If you have the time and passion, this is a unique chance to lead a volunteer activity for your department.
