About The Position

A key contributor to our Helpdesk support team providing phone, application and server support for Conner Strong & Buckelew employees. The position will provide Level 1 and 2 phone support as well as work with and maintain Windows Server, Exchange 2010 and Virtual environment.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook experience required
  • Team Player, Self-motivated with strong problem solving and customer service orientation required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills a must

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary support for helpdesk requests.
  • Responsible for the helpdesk activities associated with the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported problems.
  • Ensure that all phases of helpdesk support are coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked, resolved and escalated as appropriate.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, application and server issues, including but not limited to, network or local printer problems, and peripheral problems.
  • Provide support to internal employees resolving user issues with specific software applications, including Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and other industry specific applications.
  • Works with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Citrix monitoring remote users.
  • Other duties which may be assigned
  • Assist with IT projects as needed
  • Some travel in New Jersey, Delaware and Philadelphia area as needed
