Webster's internship will be demanding & rewarding, and prepare you for your career ahead. Summer Intern Program duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026. IT Quality Assurance Intern Apply AI automation for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software quality. Use AI testing tool capabilities to triage defects. Document and report defects clearly and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution. Apply AI tools for requirement reviews to identify testable conditions and potential quality risks. Validate data integrity and accuracy across different environments. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders. Learn and apply QA best practices, standards, and methodologies. Utilize test management tools (Jira, X-Ray) to track and maintain test execution results. Explore opportunities to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases

Requirements

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry
• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive
• Highly organized
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail
• Experience creating and delivering presentations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems
• Strong analytical skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
