You will work alongside an experienced OCM consultant and program management team, freeing senior resources to focus on change leadership while you drive event logistics, content amplification, and a consistent communications cadence. Internship is approximately 5 1/2 months beginning July 2026 in Seattle, WA. Hybrid work schedule with in-office days Tuesday–Thursday.

  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messages for different internal audiences.
  • Demonstrated organization and follow-through; able to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and event details.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with a wide range of partners (PMs, change lead, SMEs, leaders, and end users).
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); ability to learn new tools quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in change management, internal communications, employee engagement, or community building.
  • Exposure to social/content planning (editorial calendars, campaign planning, engagement metrics).
  • Experience supporting events (virtual and/or in-person) and basic facilitation skills.
  • Interest in AI productivity tools and enthusiasm for experimenting responsibly with new technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the AI enablement change rollout by coordinating engagement activities such as promptathons, innovation challenges, AI Community of Practitioners (COP) sessions, office hours, and other learning/connection events.
  • Own end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, invites, speaker coordination, run-of-show planning, materials preparation, and day-of facilitation support.
  • Draft and publish internal communications that drive awareness and participation (e.g., announcements, reminders, recaps, success stories, FAQs, and “how to get started” messages) aligned to the overall OCM strategy and messaging.
  • Create and maintain an editorial/content calendar to ensure a consistent cadence of communications and campaign touchpoints.
  • Partner with the OCM consultant and program team to translate stakeholder feedback into communication updates, targeted outreach, and improved engagement tactics.
  • Develop reusable communication assets (templates, short blurbs, flyers/one-pagers, talking points, email copy, intranet/Teams posts) to amplify adoption initiatives.
  • Track engagement and adoption signals (e.g., event registrations/attendance, challenge participation, post metrics, qualitative feedback) and provide concise weekly readouts and recommendations.
  • Help curate and grow the AI COP community by identifying topics, surfacing internal examples, recognizing contributors, and encouraging peer-to-peer sharing.
  • Follow all IT general controls and IT security policies, and ensure communications align with responsible AI and approved guidance.
